Farm Biosecurity Resources

To support farmers and veterinarians in implementing effective disease‑prevention measures, we provide the following two biosecurity documents. Each serves a different purpose and can be used together for comprehensive protection in the event of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) or other infectious disease risks.

  1. Farm Biosecurity Guidelines (2026)

Comprehensive guidelines for implementing biosecurity measures during disease outbreaks.
This document outlines recommended practices for access control, animal movement, personal hygiene, housing sanitation, fogging, and emergency response.
